Frequently Asked Questions

What Insurance do you have?
We have full Public Liability Insurance, meaning that (for instance), were your dog to cause an accident, this would be covered. If, however, your dog were to cut themselves on barbed wire, your insurance would have to pay.

Does my dog have to be kept on a lead?
We leave this entirely up to you: if you think your dog is obedient enough to come when called, it is a pleasure to walk them "off lead".

Do I need to be there when you collect the dog?
We are more than happy to be left keys to the house and collect the dog ourselves.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you have to cancel or add a walk last minute, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice. We do try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.

What do you do in case of an emergency?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately call and notify you. If veterinary assistance is required, we will take your dog to your nominated vet or to the nearest possible one depending on the circumstances.

What are your Terms and Conditions?

How many dogs do you walk at any one time?
We have a very strict limit of 5 dogs per walk. We think that any more than that, the dogs will not get the individual attention they need.
